The WCO ESA RPSG congratulates the Harmonized System Committee (HSC) on the successful conclusion of its 75th Session, held from 10 to 21 March 2025, and welcomes the provisional adoption of the HS 2028 amendments under Article 16 of the HS Convention. This marks a significant step in the continued evolution of the Harmonized System, which underpins global trade transparency, compliance, and classification certainty.

As a regional stakeholder representing the freight forwarding and logistics community, the RPSG is pleased to offer its official commentary on the outcomes of this session and to reaffirm its commitment to supporting regional readiness for the upcoming HS 2028 implementation.
