Introduction: This media release reports on the 35th meeting of the Revised Kyoto Convention Management Committee, which reviewed customs standards, rules of origin provisions, and modernisation proposals, while also marking Seychelles’ accession as the 138th contracting party to the RKC. Delegates progressed work on key guidelines, risk management frameworks, and legal instruments supporting efficient, harmonised customs processes across member jurisdictions.
